The article examines geographical, climatic, economic, and social factors that have had a significant impact on the formation and evolution of the architectural and planning structure of Khabarovsk at various stages of development. It is concluded that it is necessary to take into account the interrelation of the factors considered in further urban planning activities in order to ensure continuity in the development of the city structure.
