The potential for developing creative industries in public spaces in Yekaterinburg is explored. The qualimetry method is used to assess the city's districts, highlighting Oktyabrsky, Chkalovsky and Verkh-Isetsky as the most promising ones. The publication offers a tool for strategic planning and investment.
