The article considers the reconstruction and reuse of industrial facilities as shopping centers, a broad trend in the recent years in Khabarovsk. International and domestic experiences for this issue are considered. The most typical examples of industrial site redevelopment in Khabarovsk are highlighted.
A stable way of city infrastructure development is outlined.
