HOW TO MAKE EXPRESSIVE ARCHITECTURE LOOK TYPICAL – THE «CLEVER PARK» METHOD

The article reviews the development of the modern business centre «Clever Park» erected in the city of Ekaterinburg in 2014. This business complex is a unique project in the city, becoming a reflection of the achievements of the Urals contemporary building construction industry. The infrastructure of the business complex is being developed further. In the short-term, this project will become a residential cluster of European quality. In this course of the review process, the author has examined the process that underlies the creation of its architectural and artistic image and identified the factors that have influenced its qualitative characteristics.
