There is a variety of approaches to studying architecture from the points of view of sociology, psychology, aesthetics, linguistics and information science. However, only the philosophical dialectical method allows architecture to be considered as contradictory whole. Architecture is organization, cultivation, modelling and evolution of the human world and of society under the influence of material surroundings which possesses various utilitarian and aesthetic qualities and characteristics.
