DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF SPECIALIST TRAINING IN THE FIELD OF BIM-DESIGN AND SMART REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT

The current policy of the state is to provide all sectors of life with information technology specialists. The sectors that are not directly related to IT can achieve it only by combining the efforts of employers and associations of educational institutions. The article proposes one of the ways to address this challenge with reference to the fields of architecture, construction and development by training «digital» professionals in a new specialism, «Smart Real Estate Developer». Using methods of observation, analysis and synthesis, the study suggests: 1) a rationale for a systematic approach to digital professional training with employers and associations of educational institutions involved in this process; 2) a model professional profile of «Smart Real Estate Developer» as a standard for training digital professionals for real property design, construction and operation.
