Prospects for architectural heritage conservation based on analysis of global trends in the field of digital technologies are assessed. A technique is proposed for architectural heritage conservation using a token information model in the blockchain ecosystem.

DEVELOPMENT OF AN ARCHITECTURAL SPATIAL ENVIRONMENT (OVERVIEW OF APPROACHES TO UFA’S ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE STUDY)

The article discusses issues in maintaining a balance between the renewal and preservation of the architectural and spatial environment of a city based on a comparison of previous experiences in urban planning and long-term development plans. The main approaches to the study of the urban environment and architectural heritage and the main documents regulating the process of architectural heritage conservation are overviewed. Despite the existing regulations, the problems of architectural heritage conservation remain topical to this day. Analysis of information obtained from the regulatory sources shows that often it does not reflect the reality and many objects listed in the register have already been lost or are intended for demolition. The main criteria of classification of approaches in scientific research are identified and an analytical table is drawn on their basis. The main stages in the development of the architectural and spatial environment of the city of Ufa are considered.
