Architecton: Proceedings of Higher Education №2 (78) June, 2022
The article discusses the main features of the figurative graphic language of computer graphics, which display the characteristic features inherent in verbal and graphic visual means. Information to transmitted transforms from oral to written form, becoming visual. Visualization is conveyed first with the help of verbal language (minimal generating units form a verbal image with the outlines of letters and various means of speech expressiveness), and then, with the help of graphic language, the image formed passes from the category of vocabulary to the category of graphics, turning into an image. At the same time, the graphic image is also displayed by graphemes and means of expression, but these are already characteristic of computer graphics. Studying the features of the figurative graphic language in computer graphics on the example of book design is important for the further development of the sphere that deals with issues in visual design of published objects.
