QUANTITATIVE ESTIMATION OF THE FEASIBILITY OF BUILT-UP RESIDENTAL AREA DEVELOPMENT

The article discusses a methodology for assessing the feasibility of built-up area development. The key parameter for selecting areas with potential for development is the degree of physical wear of the housing. The methodology has been tested with reference to neighbourhoods in the Uralmash and Elmash boroughs of Yekaterinburg.
