Methods renovation of structural organization fragments of local planning and a modernization of the architectural environment was formed a continuous change of planning structure in the conservation of historic buildings. The suspension forgotten form of the architecture laid separate objects in methods conservation of the architecture and urban planning in fact due to the neutralization of their links. The dominant semantic transformations reflected the degree of its compositional activity in current situation and the possibility of cyclical changes of a planning structure.
