The article reviews the proposals of leading international companies on the market of low-rise housing developed on the basis of unification of building structures. The author has analysed the composition of project proposals and the types of low-rise residential buildings used, and has identified and described the basic principles for compiling typological series of low-rise residential buildings on the basis of unified building structures.
