The article is devoted to the specific features of the functional structure of modern offices. It considers the social aspect of office space organization in the context of the concept of social responsibility of business and creation of conditions for urban space development connected with the expansion of social programmes and social infrastructure at offices. Variants of arrangement of elements of the social infrastructure are proposed.
